Did you know it’s National Poetry month? I wouldn’t know if it weren’t for the Book Spine Poetry being published on Brain Pickings. Brain Pickings was inspired by the Sorted Books project. I decided to try my hand at a verse. It was quite a bit harder than I would have thought it would be, had I stopped to think about it. First finding interesting titles. Deciding the viewer would have to mentally throw away subtitles. Not sure the viewer would bother. And the photo – stacks of books are not the easiest subject. I ended up with two very different versions of the picture. Which do you prefer?
